Can I track my order ?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the status of your order and see the expected delivery date.
How can I contact customer service ?
Our customer service is always there for you. You can contact us by email at support@thebloei.com We aim to respond to your message within 24 hours.
How can I return my product?
You can return a product by submitting a return request through your account on thebloei.com.
Step 1: Submit a return request
Log in to your account and select the option to return the product. Please include:
• The reason for the return
• Your bank details (for the refund)
• Photos (required if the product is damaged or incorrect)
Once we receive your request, we will review and approve the return.
Step 2: Return shipping
• If the product is damaged or you received the wrong item:
The return shipping cost will be covered by us. We will email you a prepaid return label, which you can print and attach to the package.
• If you are returning the product for other reasons (e.g. change of mind or the product is no longer needed):
The return shipping cost will be at your expense. You can return the package via any PostNL service point.

Step 3: Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed to your bank account. Refunds are issued within the legally required timeframe under Dutch consumer law.

Do you accept different payment methods?
Yes, we accept payment methods, including iDeal & credit card. This way you can choose the payment method that suits you best during checkout.
What are the shipping cost for my order ?
For orders under €39,- we charge standard rates of PostNL. For orders over €39,- we charge no shipping costs.
What is the delivery time of my order ?
For the Netherlands and Belgium,orders placed before 10:00 PM will be delivered the next day. For other countries, delivery time depends on the shipping company. We will send you shipping updates via email with the latest information about your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing It ?
We understand that you may want to make changes to your order or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible via support@thebloei.com with your change request or cancellation request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already shipped may not be able to be changed or cancelled.
